Southwest Pork Succotash With Green Chili Sauce, Mushrooms, Corn and Peppers

Ingredients:

  • 1lbs cubed pork butt
  • 1/4 lbs white mushrooms, halved
  • 2 ears fresh corn, shucked
  • ¼ lbs red bliss potato, halved
  • 1 red pepper, de-stemmed and seeded, diced
  • 1 orange pepper, de-stemmed and seeded, diced
  • 1 can 505 green chile sauce
  • ½ cup 505 fire roasted green chile

Instructions

Add all ingredients into a slow cooker.  Cover with water and let simmer fo r4 hours.  Stir and serve.
