Green Chile Candied Bacon


  • 1 Package Sliced Bacon
  • ½ Jar of 505 Flame Roasted Green Chile
  • ½ cup Honey


In a blender, blend the salsa and honey until smooth. On a baking sheet, lay out individual slices of bacon. Brush liberally with the blended salsa. Rack in a 350 degree oven until bacon begins to crisp, approximately 10-15 minutes. Remove from the oven and turn the bacon over. Spread more blended salsa on top and continue cooking until crispy (another 10 minutes). Remove and let cool and "harden." Serve with anything!
