Green Chile Chicken Wings with Flame Roasted Green Chile Dipping Sauce
Green Chile Chicken Wings
- 1lb chicken wings
- 1 jar of 505 Southwestern Flame Roasted Green Chile
Flame Roasted Green Chile Dipping Sauce
- 1/2 cup crema or sour cream
- 1/2 cup 505 Southwestern Flame Roasted Green Chile
- Handful of cilantro
- 1/2 of a lime zest
- 1/2 of a lime juice
- 2 tbsp milk
- Salt to taste
For Chicken Wings
Purée 1/2 jar 505 Southwestern Flame Roasted Green Chile in a food processor or blender.
Add chicken wings and purée to a zip-seal bag, toss and refrigerate for a couple hours.
Add to your smoker or oven at 400 degrees for about 45 minutes or until 175 degrees internal.
For Dipping Sauce
Add all ingredients to a food processor and pulse until combined and desired consistency, add more milk to thin out if needed.
