Green Chile Meatloaf
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1/2 jar of 505SW Hatch Valley Green Chile Sauce
- 1/2 cup crushed tortilla chips
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp Mexican oregano
- 1/2 tsp garlic salt
- 1/2 tsp onion salt
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- 3 oz Oaxaca cheese
- 1/4 cup 505SW Honey Chipotle Hatch Valley Roasted Green Chile
- 1 tbsp brown sugar
- 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
Mix together ground beef, 505SW Hatch Valley Green Chile Sauce, eggs, tortilla chips, and spices.
Flatten meat mixture out and place Oaxaca cheese in center and roll into classic loaf shape.
Place into a 350 degree heated oven and bake for 55 min.
While the loaf cooks mix together the 505SW Honey Chipotle Hatch Valley Roasted Green Chile, ketchup, brown sugar, and Worcestershire sauce.
Once the Green Chile Meatloaf is ready pull it out of the oven, drizzle on the sauce and let rest for 10 min.
Lastly, sprinkle in your cilantro, slice and serve!
