Food Network Chef Eric "Greeny" Greenspan created this onion dip exclusively for 505 Southwestern. Chef Greeny takes your standard onion dip to the next level with a hefty dose of Flame Roasted Hatch Green Chile and dash of taco seasoning. It’s the perfect game day treat!

Heat the vegetable oil in a medium sized sauté pan on high heat. Add the onions and quickly sauté for one minute. Reduce the heat to medium and slowly cook the onions until browned and translucent, approximately 10 minutes. Cool and chop. In a large mixing bowl, combine the chopped onions with the sour cream, mayonnaise, cream cheese, lemon juice, taco seasoning, cilantro and 505 Southwestern Flame Roasted Green Chile. Mix well and serve with a bag of 505 Southwestern Hint of Hatch Tortilla Chips.
