Smoked Green Chile, Corn and Chorizo Fundido



Pre-heat Smoker or Oven to 350 degrees.

Cook 1 pound of pork chorizo, drain and set aside to cool.

Add chorizo (save a handful for topping), 1/2 can of corn, handful of cilantro and 1/2 jar of 505SW Flame Roasted Green Chile into a bowl. Stir to combine.

Add to an oven safe dish, and top with the preferred amount of finely shredded Oaxaca cheese. 

Add to your smoker or oven for 10-12 minutes until the cheese is melted. Do not overcook or the cheese will become tough.

Remove and top with a layer of chorizo, 505SW Flame Roasted Green Chile, corn and cilantro.

Serve with tortilla chips and enjoy!
