- 1 lb cubed Pork Butt
- 1/4 lb White Mushrooms, halved
- 2 ears Fresh Corn, shucked
- ¼ lb Red Bliss Potatoes, halved
- 1 Red Pepper, de-stemmed and seeded, diced
- 1 Orange Pepper, de-stemmed and seeded, diced
- 1 jar 505 Flame Roasted Green Chile
Add all ingredients into a slow cooker. Cover with water and let simmer for 4 hours. Stir and serve.
