Southwest Pork Succotash

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb cubed Pork Butt
  • 1/4 lb White Mushrooms, halved
  • 2 ears Fresh Corn, shucked
  • ¼ lb Red Bliss Potatoes, halved
  • 1 Red Pepper, de-stemmed and seeded, diced
  • 1 Orange Pepper, de-stemmed and seeded, diced
  • 1 jar 505 Flame Roasted Green Chile

Instructions

Add all ingredients into a slow cooker. Cover with water and let simmer for 4 hours. Stir and serve.
