Tater Tot Nachos with Hatch Green Chile Crema



Cook tater tots per package directions. While tater tots bake, brown the meat.

In a skillet, cook ground beef over medium high heat for about 6-8 minutes. Add taco seasoning and stir to combine.

Drain black beans and add to the meat mixture. Set aside. Heat the jar of 505 Southwestern Green Chile Queso until melted and reserve. To make green chile crema, combine sour cream and 505 Southwestern Flame Roasted Green Chile

In a shallow bowl or tray, add a layer of tater tots. Top with the meat and bean mixture and a layer of queso cheese. 

Next, drizzle on the green chile crema and shredded fiesta-blend cheese. Top with lettuce and cilantro, and serve.
