Chk'n Tinga Souper Sauce – Chk’n Tinga Nachos

Ingredients

  • 1 jar of Chk’n Tinga Sauce
  • 2 oz of shaved lettuce
  • 2 avocados, sliced
  • 1 Roma tomato, diced
  • 3 oz. white onions, diced
  • 1 large jalapeño pepper, seeds removed and diced
  • 2 oz of chopped cilantro
  • 1 teaspoon of salt
  • Juice from one lime
  • 8 cups of corn chips
Chk’n Tinga Nachos

Instructions

Place one jar of the Chck’n Tinga in a small saucepot and heat over medium heat, and heat until warm.
Place the tomato, onions, jalapeño, cilantro, salt and lime juice in a bowl and toss gently.
Spread the chips out on a platter and smother with Chck’n Tinga.
Top with the tomato and onion mixture, sliced avocado, and shaved lettuce.
