Forkin' Pork-Less Souper Sauce – Green Chile Pork-Less Pozole Stew
- 1 jar of 505 Green Chile Pork-Less Stew
- 1 8 oz can of hominy
- 1 avocado, sliced
- 3 radishes, thinly sliced
- 2 oz of pickled jalapeños
- 1/2 cup of shaved green cabbage
- 6 corn tostadas
InstructionsPlace one jar of the Green Chile Pork-Less Stew in a small saucepot and heat over medium heat, bringing the stew to a simmer.
Using a colander, rinse and drain the hominy.
Add the hominy to the stew and simmer for 5 minutes.
Divide the hominy stew evenly into two bowls.
Top each bowl with avocado, radish, pickled jalapeños, and green cabbage. Serve with tostadas on the side for dipping.
